| Bio: | I'm an Anime fan who enjoys Cosplaying, attending Anime Conventions and hanging out with my friends. My current favourite Anime series are Naruto, Hellsing, Heat Guy J, Gakuen Alice, Ouran High School Host Club, After War Gundam X, Black Cat & Last Exile. I'm also a big fan of the wonderful Manga series by Mukai Natsumi, +Anima.
Beyond Anime, I just completed an honours undergraduate degree of bachelor of the arts from the University of Toronto. I majored in Anthropology and had minors in Sociology and East Asian Studies. When I was in university I enjoyed studying social trends and deconstructing the assumptions we all have about the world around us. I also loved studying the Japanese language and culture. <3 I have no idea what I'm going to do with my life now that I’ve graduated but I'm hoping that I'll find an interesting job that I'll enjoy doing for at least the next couple of years. (^^);;
I'm also a fan of Tim Burton, Johnny Depp and Danny Elfman. I adore Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005), Corpse Bride, The Nightmare Before Christmas and other movies two of (or all of them) have worked on together. Tim Burton has such an original and creative outlook, Danny Elfman is a wonderful composer and singer and Johnny Depp is one expressive and amazing actor.
For my birthday in 2006 I finally got my own video game system (a Playstation 2) which I love to pieces. I'm a pretty big video game fan and love playing such games as Resident Evil 4, Rule of Rose, Kingdom Hearts, the Nightmare Before Christmas Oogie's Revenge, and any Silent Hill game (I own Origins and 2 - 4). Playing video games is such a blast especially when I can play games with my friends. <3 My family has been a Nintendo family (starting with the original system) so I also love Mario and the Legend of Zelda games. (^^)
Finally, I'm not sure what I'll be doing and what I'm striving for in the future, but I'll make the most of today in the hopes of creating a bright tomorrow.
